Part-Time Mobile Maintenance Technician

Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week) Monday thru Friday 3:30pm - 5:30pmLocation: St Louis, MO

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and tech-savvy Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is to perform maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and maintain excellent communication with property staff and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work at office buildings and commercial properties.
• Complete daily checklists, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately and on time.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails throughout the workday.
• Communicate professionally with property managers, supervisors, tenants, and customers.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance issues.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with interior and exterior property maintenance as needed.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Must be highly responsive and comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital work order systems. (Required)
• Experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, and other common maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous office building maintenance experience required.
• Willingness to work outdoors when necessary.
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel between assigned properties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and emergency situations.
