The Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer oversees the corporate Compliance and Privacy programs. This leadership position is responsible for general oversight of compliance teams to ensure senior leaders, management, team members, comply with the rules and regulations of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as other regulatory agencies. The Chief Compliance Officer, together with the Enterprise Compliance Committee, is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program.
