Summary:

The Practice Administrator for the Physician Network Practice provides advanced comprehensive management for physician practices. The administrator has authority, accountability, and responsibility for all business operations, including budget oversight/financial performance, personnel management, and office functions. The administrator collaborates closely with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality clinical operations, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient business performance aligned with Cook Children’s standards and policies.

Experience

• Five years of experience as a medical office manager in a multi-provider practice or multiple locations or relevant healthcare setting

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of healthcare management experience with direct reports
• OR 2 years of college course work with 7 years of healthcare management experience with direct reports
• OR in lieu of the minimal experience a Master’s in Healthcare Administration/related masters focused on healthcare leadership
