Installer Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Keep a professional image at all times
- Keep company truck and tools properly maintained
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes
Service Tech Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Perform repair service calls
- Give customers Repair vs. Replacement Options on all non-warranty equipment
- Put Cool Air USA stickers on all equipment serviced
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Keep a professional image at all times
- Keep company truck and tools properly maintained
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Own hand tools, power drill and gauges
- A clean driving record
