Short Description

• Maintain schedules and daily clinical assignments for CRNAs and physicians in all anesthetizing locations. Provide overall administrative support to the department of anesthesiology.
• Schedule templates are updated for use in making daily assignments/schedule.  The daily schedule is complete and sent to department members.
• Prepares all faculty appointment applications for current and in coming physicians faculty appointments and promotions. Coordinates departmental committee meetings and sends and prepares applications to the CMSRU committee for processing
• Works directly with CME department for all grand round lectures.  Assures all CME applications, disclosures, etc. are completed and submitted to CME department.

  Works closely with guest speakers and sponsors for all CME related lectures.

  Completes and distributes monthly grand rounds schedule.

• Completes tasks as assigned by anesthesiologists and/or nurse anesthetists, i.e. schedules meetings, types departmental minutes, memos, letters. Provides back up to Clinical Coordinator with regard to daily schedule, outside cases, etc.
• Complete vouchers as assigned by Administrative Director. Track and record stipend expenses for the Department

Experience Required

3-5 years required.
