Short Description

The Service Excellence Coach contributes to the fulfillment of the Cooper University Health Care mission and vision by working closely with clinical and non-clinical leadership to strategically identify Patient Experience needs for Cooper University Health Care. Responsible for supporting system-wide programs, initiatives, projects and interventions focused on ensuring that our patients’ experience is consistent and exceptional. The Service Excellence Coach will work closely with hospital and health system leaders to identify, prioritize and plan improvement efforts through data analysis and observation.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years experience required.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Associate's Degree Preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

• CXP Certification Preferred.
• Green Belt Certification or Above Preferred.
