Help Rabobank accelerate its readiness across Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Compliance, Legal and Risk, enabling the responsible introduction of innovative stablecoin capabilities and propositions.
As a Stablecoin Risk Consultant, you understand the challenges and opportunities that stablecoins, digital assets and wallet-based transactions create for financial institutions.
You play a central role in accelerating Rabobank's readiness across Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Compliance, Legal and Risk domains. You translate stablecoin business cases, capabilities and operating models into actionable requirements for these domains and support them in building the frameworks, policies, controls and knowledge required for both near-term pilots and long-term adoption. In addition, you provide risk, compliance and regulatory input into product and capability development, helping ensure stablecoin solutions are designed to be scalable, compliant and operationally robust from the outset.
You operate at the intersection of innovation, risk, regulation and business strategy. While domain ownership remains within FEC, Compliance, Legal and Risk, you act as a central coordination point, helping stakeholders align, identify gaps, remove blockers and accelerate decision-making.

You collaborate closely with innovation teams, business stakeholders and subject matter experts across FEC, Compliance, Legal and Risk, as well as colleagues in Retail, Wholesale & Rural and Treasury. Stablecoins are inherently cross-domain, requiring alignment across multiple business and control functions to ensure Rabobank can safely participate in emerging digital money ecosystems.
