Responsibilities

1.  Take overall charge of the operation and management of official flagship stores on Tmall, Douyin and other platforms. Oversee daily store operations, campaign planning, inventory scheduling, traffic acquisition and achievement of sales targets.
2.  Independently formulate monthly/quarterly operation plans, promotion strategies and event proposals. Implement major promotions, routine campaigns and coordinate platform resources.
3.  Decompose and deliver core KPIs including store sales volume, gross profit, conversion rate and average order value. Manage content operations, livestreaming, product listing and page optimization.
4. Lead daily team management and cross-department collaboration. Liaise with platform account managers, keep track of updates to platform rules and campaign policies to ensure compliant and stable store operation.
5.  Monitor competitor movements and category market trends, continuously optimize operation tactics to improve overall store competitiveness and customer repurchase rate.
6. Serve and manage authorized distributors under supervision, ensuring sales targets are met with aligned objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with shelf e-commerce plus content e-commerce operation experience are preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end operation experience for flagship stores on Tmall, Douyin or equivalent platforms; well-versed in platform rules, traffic logic, campaign frameworks and promotion tactics.
3.  Proven track record as a full-cycle store manager for brand official flagship stores, with capabilities in target breakdown, campaign execution and inventory rhythm control.
4. Strong data analysis skills; able to review data and refine operation strategies accordingly.
5. Hands-on experience in store launch from scratch (0 to 1) is a plus.
