About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional operationally rigorous and solution-oriented People Operations Specialist based in Jaipur, India to join our global People Team. Operating with an AI-native and automation-first mindset in this role, you will own critical operational workflows across the employee lifecycle – from multi-region onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding across 10+ countries to multi-region payroll coordination to India benefits administration. You will serve as the operational bridge between global employees, managers, operational departments, payroll providers, and external vendors while keeping local India operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for global employees and contractors
• Manage system access in platforms like Rippling, Papaya, and Sequoia
• Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and multi-system deactivations
• Coordinate monthly global payroll inputs across 10+ countries
• Handle mid-cycle changes, data audit schedules, and regional benefits like Spain’s Edenred adjustments
• Serve as primary point of contact for India insurance administration
• Process manager overtime and coordinate international travel and visas
• Audit People Operations processes to remove operational friction
• Build automated, agentic workflows to eliminate manual admin tasks

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of People Ops or HR Generalist experience in fast-paced tech/SaaS environments
• Hands-on expertise using modern platforms like Rippling
• Solid foundation in global payroll coordination and regional leave nuances
• Experience managing local India insurance and vendor relationships
• Proven ability to streamline routine tasks using modern AI tools and low-code automation
• Strong track record of integrating systems to scale operational workflows
• Exceptional discipline for managing strict, cross-border deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across global time zones
