📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for VIP-facing teams.
• Develop and update training materials and learning resources.
• Assess employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and other stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
• Monitor training results and support continuous learning initiatives.

📌 Requirements:

• Experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or in a similar training role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
