Thank you for your interest in joining our curious, passionate, hardworking team.

We continually invest in building a firm of collaborators, in an environment where our people thrive — together. If you’re interested in joining a dynamic company with people who love where they work, we invite you to connect!

We are seeking an experienced AEC marketer to lead pursuit and marketing efforts primarily for the Office, Workplace, and Government sectors. Comprised of excellent communicators and enthusiastic problem-solvers, our marketers are committed to internal client service, poised under the pressure of fast-paced deadlines, and have a solutions-focused, flexible attitude.

Key attributes of an ideal candidate include: a proactive, solutions-oriented nature; impeccable time management skills; resourceful; a strong graphic eye for visual communications, design, and layout; has a passion for the industry; and is a team player. This position will report to the Northeast Region Marketing Manager and work closely with other sector-focused marketing leaders.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with senior studio members, leading the coordination and production of materials, primarily the response to RFQ/Ps and interview presentations, SF330 development, award submissions, and other marketing material to support brand building and business development efforts.
    • Leads kickoff meetings with project leadership to understand strategy for pursuit deliverables.
    • Manages procurement site registrations to facilitate proper notification of solicitations, and accurate representation of the firm across key sites.
    • Coordinates interview presentation run-throughs with pursuit team, sharing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Effectively communicates the brand through development of custom visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and a passion for design excellence.
    • Coordinates with internal team members and outside partners/consultants to understand key differentiators, identifying and collecting information needed to support marketing them.
    • Effectively prioritizes competing deadlines, maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
    • Regularly maintains and updates CRM data, SharePoint resource library content, and OpenAsset digital assets (e.g., photography, renderings, plans).
    • Leads the development of materials that speak to specific needs for each sector.
    • Prioritizes team and firm culture embracing various forms of connection and engagement.

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, public and non-profit procurement experience is a bonus.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, as well as PowerPoint.
    • Working within a strong brand, adhering to brand guidelines and established processes.
    • Takes a client service-driven and solutions-focused approach to verbal and written communication.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as a proactive, resourceful self-starter.
    • Impeccable time management skills with effective prioritization capabilities.
    • Has strong organizational skills in managing the coordination of large pursuit teams to gather and organize data for complex pursuits.
    • Excels in relationship building and collaboration, functioning as an integrated team member.
    • Is confident in facilitating and leading conversations with senior studio members, comfortably offering ideas, providing feedback, and presenting work.
