Production Associate 2nd Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts $19.50  per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential

Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM  Monday - Thursday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution
• Responsible for quality control of finished products
• Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns
• Using measuring gauges and tape measures
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
• Housekeeping and sanitation

• Physical Stamina and strength
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement
• Experience in overhead crane operations are helpful but not required
• Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
