The Event Specialist will provide temporary support for five upcoming corporate events, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Cornerstone Connect, and EMEA tradeshows taking place from January through March 2027.
In this role you will…
- Provide temporary support for five upcoming corporate events, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Cornerstone Connect, and EMEA tradeshows.
- Submit Event Team VER tickets and purchase orders (POs).
- Provide inbox support for Events (Connect and SKO) and Sponsorships, checking inboxes daily and responding to inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate contact for a quick response.
- Support the processing of Connect and SKO partner sponsor contracts, ensuring billing and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Support EMEA tradeshows, including logistics, staffing, and preparation:
- Learning Technologies Paris – January 2027
- LEARNTEC Germany – February 2027
- Learning Technologies UK – May 2027
- Oversee and obtain Connect and SKO sponsor deliverables, including:
- Company logo
- Company description
- Website
- Signage messaging
- Production materials
You’ve got what it take if you have…
- Previous experience in events, marketing, sponsorships, or event operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at the same time.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, invoices, reporting, and event materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with different internal teams, external partners, and sponsors.
- Proactive and comfortable following up to keep projects moving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider events and marketing team.
- Experience supporting corporate events, conferences, or tradeshows would be a plus.
