We’re seeking a Senior Solution Consultant based in Mumbai or West Coast India who thrives in high-performance environments, embraces constructive feedback, and genuinely enjoys solving complex business challenges alongside sales, product, and executive stakeholders.

You’ve got what it takes if you have
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership teams
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, including the ability to build polished, compelling PowerPoint presentations
Curiosity around AI, automation, agents, and emerging workforce technologies
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and continuously improve
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with tight timelines and high expectations
A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong commercial awareness
Willingness to travel and work closely across regional teams

In This Role You Will
Leading strategic customer conversations across workforce transformation, skills, learning, and AI
Delivering impactful demonstrations and workshops that connect technology to measurable business outcomes
Building trusted relationships across executives, HR, IT, and transformation leaders
Partnering closely with sales to shape opportunities and influence complex enterprise deals
Contributing to a culture of accountability, curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning
