As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist to help us maximise the value of our ERP platform and support the ongoing development of our finance systems landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to become a key subject matter expert within the business, working closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements and support future growth.
We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite specialist who understands finance processes and can act as the subject matter expert for our ERP environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to improve processes, develop reporting, support users and ensure NetSuite continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.
We are open to speaking with both experienced contractors and candidates looking for a longer-term opportunity within Corston.
- Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert
- Support and develop NetSuite across the business
- Review and improve existing system processes and workflows
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards
- Support month-end and year-end finance processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver practical solutions
- Support testing, upgrades and system improvements
- Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems
- Create user documentation and provide training where required

- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
- Experience supporting finance teams through ERP systems
- A good understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and saved searches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and practical approach to continuous improvement
Desirable Experience
- NetSuite Administrator experience
