    Job description

At Corston, we believe the best spaces are built on beautifully considered details.
Founded in 2019, we bring together more than 50 years of interiors expertise to design and manufacture architectural hardware that feels as good as it looks. Every product is developed in-house, allowing us to carefully control quality, proportion and finish while ensuring our collections work seamlessly together.
Our commitment to craftsmanship extends beyond our products. We carefully select durable, sustainable materials, lead the industry in the use of post-consumer recycled waste, and package every order using fully recyclable, plastic-free materials.
Based in the English countryside, we're a fast-growing international business with showrooms and workshops across the UK, Europe, the US and the UAE. As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people who share our passion for quality, design and continuous improvement.

    The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team at our headquarters in Malmesbury.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analysis. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid media activity across a range of channels and international markets, helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
Working closely with our eCommerce, brand and creative teams, you'll use data and insight to improve campaign performance, test new ideas and ensure our paid media investment delivers the best possible return.

    Campaign Management & Optimisation

    • Launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
    • Monitor performance and make informed adjustments to audiences, creative, bidding strategies and budget allocation.
    • Support paid media activity across multiple international markets.
    • Work towards agreed commercial objectives, including revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition targets.
    • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve underperforming activity.

    Testing & Performance Improvement

    • Plan and execute structured tests across creative, audiences, campaign structures, landing pages and bidding strategies.
    • Collaborate with our creative and brand teams to develop insight-led briefs and advertising assets.
    • Continually identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall campaign performance.
    • Keep up to date with platform developments, emerging trends and paid media best practice.

    Reporting & Insight

    • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards.
    • Analyse campaign results and provide clear recommendations to support growth.
    • Monitor key metrics and identify emerging opportunities, challenges and trends.
    • Support budget management and spend pacing across channels and regions.

    Tracking & Data

    • Help maintain accurate tracking and measurement across paid media activity.
    • Support the use of GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform reporting tools.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are measured effectively.
    • Assist with audience segmentation, remarketing and performance analysis.

    Essential

    • At least two years' experience managing paid media campaigns, either in-house or within an agency environment.
    • Hands-on experience using Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
    • Experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
    • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
    • Familiarity with GA4 and digital performance reporting.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to improving results.
    • Comfortable working full-time from our Malmesbury headquarters.

    Desirable

    • Experience using Microsoft Advertising.
    • Experience running campaigns across international markets.
    • Experience within eCommerce or premium consumer brands, particularly within interiors, home or lifestyle sectors.
    • Knowledge of feed-based advertising and Shopping campaign management.
    • Salary of £34,000 - £37,000, depending on experience.
    • Annual company bonus.
    • Annual salary review.
    • Employer pension contribution of 4% (with a 5% employee contribution).
    • Life assurance cover at four times annual salary.
    • Free access to our onsite gym.
    • Staff discount across the Corston product range.
    • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
    • The opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing international business.
    • A collaborative, supportive and ambitious working environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
