Accountant & HR Specialist (San Jose North)

• Prepare and record journal entries
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Manage Fixed Assets and Prepaid
• Coordinate yearly audit including preparing all supporting reports and documentation
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Be involved in reimbursement, payroll and AP processes·
• General HR responsibilities which include and is not limited to Employment, Recruitment, Benefits and Compensation, etc.
• Maintain accurate file, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support any ad hoc duties

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of working experience
• Bilingual skill in Mandarin Chinese
• Tax preparation (state and federal income tax returns) experience preferred
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team
