Allure Laser & Medical Spa is looking for a warm, polished, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Sherman, TX.
We're looking for more than someone who can answer phones and schedule appointments. We want someone who takes initiative, builds genuine relationships with patients, supports their teammates, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients, answer incoming calls and messages, schedule appointments, and provide a friendly and professional front-desk experience.
- Proactively manage appointment flow and patient communication while helping keep daily clinic operations organized and running smoothly.
- Learn about Allure's services and products so you can confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with providers and teammates, stepping in where needed and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, medical administration, or another client-facing role.
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
- A self-starter who takes initiative.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, healthcare office, or aesthetics environment is an asset, but not required.
