Human Resources Generalist 

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Generalist who’s ready to jump in and make an impact. In this role, you’ll support our Human Resources - Operations team by handling Employee Benefits inquiries, managing HRIS systems, and driving the core HR processes that keep our organization running smoothly.

Essential Functions:

Employee Experience & Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, conducting initial investigations and escalating when appropriate.
• Coach supervisors on performance and policy matters while supporting training on workplace practices.
• Manage HR inboxes, calendars, and employee communications while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

HRIS & Data Management

• Manage onboarding activities within HRIS systems to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
• Act as the HRIS expert for configuration, reporting, and data integrity.

Operational HR Support

• Prepare and manage leave documentation, certifications, approvals, and related communications
• Support wellness initiatives, health promotion activities, and annual employee wellness events.
• Support departmental reporting, audits, invoice processing, and miscellaneous HR projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
