Duties:

Bag Handling Greet Members and guests upon arrival Assist with unloading/loading golf bags Ensure bags are properly stored and organized Cart Management Manage the fleet of golf carts, including cleaning, charging, and arranging for maintenance as needed. Ensure carts are available and always prepared for use Driving Range Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the driving range, including: Picking up golf balls Replenishing supplies Ensuring safety protocols are followed Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Member and guest inquiries Assisting with tee time reservations Offering assistance, as needed, on the course Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including: Golf cart operation Driving range protocols General course safety
