Position Summary: 

Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors.

• Responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting.

• Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.

• Removal and recycling of trash.

• Maintain floor cleanliness.

• Communicate inventory supply status to management.

• Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Must possess excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

• Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment.

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Wages:

This role offers a starting wage of $17.65 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
