International manufacturer of packaging equipment is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design automation, pneumatic and structural components/systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design of mechanical parts and assemblies in SolidWorks
- 2D drawing drawings for manufacturing
- Component sizing, specification and selection
- Enter assemblies and references into document control system
- Vendor interaction for part sourcing
- Assembly of prototypes based on the designs created
- Gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting
Education and Experience :
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
- 3-5+ years experience
- Proficiency with Solidworks
- U.S. Citizen or Green card holder
