CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Revenue Recovery Representative to join our growing team at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC! We are looking for a Revenue Recovery Representative who is driven and passionate about reducing delinquency and providing outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness & professionalism.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
- Place account on hold for incoming orders until payment is received.
- Document daily collections activity including, but not limited to, emails sent as well as inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Place outbound calls to delinquent customers to collect past due billing
- Receive inbound calls from customers that wish to make payments or payment arrangements
- Print, fold, and mail dunning letters to delinquent customers
- Audit the cancel reason report on a monthly basis
- May have additional duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements/Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years B2C and “soft” collections experience a plus
- The hours for this position are Tuesday to Friday 12-9 and Saturday 9-5 with Sunday and Monday off.
- The pay for this position ranges from $42-52k in annual earnings.
