Account Coordinator

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Account Coordinator serves as one of the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Coordinator is expected to consistently provide excellent client service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Coordinator should build strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. 

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
• With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and account receivables for the account. 
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times. 
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement 
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client. 
• Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. 
• Report analysis, trending and corrective actions  
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Certification

• BA in Business Administration or four years related experience
