    Job description

    Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

    The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for the warehouse Inventory and related processes. Investigates, resolves and prevents inventory discrepancies through data analysis and trouble shooting in the WMS.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies through data analysis and trouble shooting in the WMS
    • Create and distribute daily inventory reports, inventory adjustment summaries, and capacity reports.
    • Coordinates and performs timely physical stock counting together with the Operations team in accordance with the customer, and Cranes own requirements.
    • Records process exceptions, and non-compliance through problem logs
    • Attends meetings addressing specific inventory issues, and develops recommendations and action plans towards their resolution
    • Stays current on rules and regulations, interpreting and ensuring compliance
    • Occasional light warehouse duties
    • Primary work environment is in the warehouse
    • Other duties as assigned

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Job will require extended sitting or standing, working in a warehouse and office environment.

      OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

      • Strong problem solving and data analyzing abilities.
      • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills
      • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience working with warehouse management software.
      • Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary
      • Capable of walking/standing for 50-80% of the working day
      • Good command of the English language, B2-C1 level.
      • Assists with other tasks as needed.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      • High School Diploma/GED is required.
      • 1 year previous experience and demonstrated skills in a warehouse and/or administration role.

      CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

      • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
