- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Scan, label and record goods using warehouse systems and processes
- Prepare shipments and stage inbound and outbound freight in designated areas
- Load, unload and move stock safely within the warehouse
- Support receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy and location control in the WMS system Footprint
- Complete paperwork, checklists and warehouse records thoroughly and promptly
- Meet agreed quality, productivity and attendance expectations
- Raise any shipment, stock or operational issues quickly so the team can resolve them
- Follow task requests through to completion to ensure client needs are met
- Work safely as part of the warehouse team and follow all Health & Safety guidance
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and ready for operational activity
- -Support other warehouse tasks as needed to keep the operation running smoothly
- Guaranteed contracted hours and a regular schedule agreed in advance
- Extra hours for peak season and holidays will be available.
