    The Distribution Center Office Coordinator is an administrative professional responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures including invoicing and assigned as timekeeper for payroll purposes, also generally supporting the distribution/crossdock operations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Manages flow of office operations and procedures, such as receiving process, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical responsibilities, and ensures consistency.
  2. Assigned as timekeeper for payroll, and supports operations to ensure associates are paid properly.
  3. Reconciles payroll hours for temp and Crate associates and responsible for PM and other operational reporting requirements - including data entry and analysis.
  4. Partners with operations to complete invoicing approval and submission.
  5. Provides financial reporting and forecasting support.
  6. Compiles, organize, and maintain records of business transactions
  7. Coordinates with various departments within the company to ensure compliance with processes and paperwork
  8. Maintains cleanliness and order of work areas
  9. Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business
  10. Participates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position
  11. Performs all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals
  12. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  13. Proficient at typing and basic computer operation
  14. Strong attention for detail
  15. Customer service approach
  16. Excellent time management skills and ability to complete daily tasks when faced with frequent interruptions
  17. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced and growing environment
  18. Possess a complete understanding of training and communication resources relevant to the position
  19. Maintains an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines as outlined in the Company Code of Conduct and Associate Policy manuals
  20. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  21. Proficient with Google Suite
  22. Basic English Language proficiency required
  23. Experience Required:

  24. A minimum of 3 years of related experience
  25. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor degree is preferred
  26. Physical and Visual Activities**

  27. On a daily basis, must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods depending on the day and task at issue. Must be able to constantly communicate and have visual acuity near and far. Ability to frequently operate computers/POS/office equipment, remain stationary or move around for long periods, handle paperwork, and/or push/pull. May occasionally carry files, reach, kneel, bend crouch/squat, and/or twist.
