What You’ll Do

• Deliver accurate, efficient financial transactions through the ITM platform while creating an exceptional member experience.
• Build trusted relationships by listening closely, understanding member needs, and offering practical, need-aligned guidance.
• Connect members with products and services that can save time, reduce costs, and support their financial goals.
• Strengthen member loyalty by resolving concerns, addressing account-closure requests, and building confidence in Credit Human.
• Protect members and the credit union by following operational, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve the member experience by sharing feedback, emerging needs, and service trends with leaders and internal partners.
• Maintain reliable ITM operations through accurate balancing, self-audits, issue research, and opening and closing procedures.

Experience:

    Required

• Experience with cash handling, general ledger accounting, and account administration
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience

Preferred

• Banking experience

• Employees must demonstrate Spanish language proficiency by passing the Foreign Language Incentive Program assessment within the first 90 days of employment.

Schedule: A shift during the business hours of Monday through Friday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM and Saturday, 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Compensation Details:

Paygrade: 1CA

The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 – $24.10 hourly.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.
