• Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in Collections with good<br>communication skills and digital orientation.<br>
• Candidates should have a team management role for 2+ years.<br>
• Experience of handling unsecured products (SME BL and PL) will be an added<br>advantage.<br><br><strong>Expectations and

Responsibilities:

• Managing the assigned portfolio by driving the collections team.<br>
• Ensure implementation of Collections Strategies.<br>
• Recruiting and Training In house as well as out bound teams.<br>
• Identification and empanelment of Collection agencies to ensure proper<br>collections coverage.<br>
• Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of<br>allocated accounts.<br>
• Responsible for achieving monthly targets and bucket wise resolution<br>targets for the assigned region.<br>
• Managing NPA and Cost of Collections for the Region.<br>
• Ensure maximum recoveries by collaborating with other teams including<br>Legal/Central collections.<br>
• Achieve target collections of Charges and Late payment penalties.<br>
• To regularly present the performance of the assigned Region to Senior<br>Management.<br>
• Ensure Collection Process and Legal guidelines are adhered to and<br>Collections Code of Conduct is followed.</div>
