In this role, you will lead the design and development of our next-generation, scalable web applications. This position requires a deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, including micro-frontends, server-side rendering, and advanced performance optimization. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our SaaS products and ensuring we deliver a world-class user experience.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.<br>Develop and implement responsive, scalable, and performant user interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)<br>Perform thorough testing and debugging (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure reliability and usability<br>Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and bring improvements into the team’s workflow<br>Lead the architectural design and implementation of our micro-frontend strategy to enable independent team deployments and improve scalability.<br>Architect and manage complex application state using libraries like Redux or Zustand, ensuring predictability and maintainability.<br>Optimize application performance for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to ensure a fast and smooth user experience for all our users.<br>Configure and maintain our frontend build pipeline using Webpack and Babel to streamline development and optimize production bundles.<br>Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability using Advanced TypeScript.<br>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered technical solutions.<br><br>Required Skills & Qualifications<br>5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of architecting and building complex applications.<br>Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a proven track record of building performant, scalable apps<br>Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile-first design principles<br>Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)<br>Experience with web performance optimization techniques (code-splitting, caching, lazy loading)<br>Expertise in React, Next.js, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.<br>Proven experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures.<br>Deep understanding of scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand).<br>Strong proficiency in TypeScript in a large-scale application context.<br>Hands-on experience with build tools like Webpack and transpilers like Babel.<br>Demonstrable experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals and overall frontend performance.<br>Solid understanding of SaaS product development cycles and environments.<br>Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks, particularly TailwindCSS, and UI component libraries.<br><br>Bonus Points<br>Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.<br>Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) or CSS-in-JS (Tailwind CSS<br>Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)<br>Understanding of design systems and component-driven development (Storybook, ShadCN, Radix)<br>Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG/ARIA)<br>Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. )<br>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).</div>
