Position Summary
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations within The Residences at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping functions, staffing, quality assurance, inventory management, and guest service standards to ensure all residences and public areas consistently meet resort expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily housekeeping operations for The Residences.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members.
- Ensure all condominiums, Signature Residences, and public areas meet established cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations, public areas, and VIP residences.
- Manage department staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity.
- Monitor room status reports and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels for linens, guest supplies, cleaning products, and amenities.
- Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee payroll, departmental reporting, and administrative documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, quality, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, condominium, or luxury hospitality environment required.
- Strong leadership, team development, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
