    • Drafting Skills: Proven ability to draft standard litigation pleadings and responses accurately and efficiently.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail and professional client interactions.

    • Impactful Role: Directly contribute to the firm’s success by managing crucial litigation processes and improving client outcomes.
    • Leadership Access: Collaborate closely with firm leaders and attorneys, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
    • Friendly Culture: Enjoy a supportive, non-micromanaged environment that values work-life balance and personal growth.
    • Process Improvement: Bring innovations and organizational improvements, making meaningful contributions from day one.

    Additional perks:

    • Salary and Bonuses: Competitive base salary with opportunity for discretionary bonuses tied to firm performance.
    • Flexible Schedule: Options for adjusted hours and early leave on certain Fridays if revenue targets are met.
    • PTO and Sick Days: Paid time off with incremental growth based on tenure and additional sick days provided. (1 week after 6 months; 2 weeks after 2 years; 3 weeks after 5 years; plus 1 Friday off/month after 6 months)

Morris & Dean offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to client success and professional excellence.
