This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic digital leader to define the future vision for our global digital experience, influencing how customers discover, engage with and buy from Croda. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital ecosystem, driving innovation and helping us create seamless, customer-centric experiences that support business growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong B2B eCommerce experience, leading digital experience and customer engagement strategies within complex organisations
• A deep understanding of user experience, customer journeys, digital marketing and content effectiveness
• Experience developing digital roadmaps and translating vision into actionable initiatives
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across diverse teams
• Knowledge of website technologies, CMS platforms and digital ecosystems
• Experience using data and customer insights to inform decisions and measure success
• An understanding of AI and emerging technologies and their application within digital customer experiences
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• A curious, innovative mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• Degree level education in technical or business disciplines

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and own the long-term digital experience strategy for Croda's customer-facing websites and digital platforms
• Define the future vision for our digital customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, self-service and online customer interactions
• Lead the development of strategic roadmaps and business cases that support our digital transformation ambitions
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Data and external agencies to deliver innovative digital experiences that create measurable value
• Establish a performance framework to assess website effectiveness, customer engagement and digital impact
• Drive the strategic adoption of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent search, personalisation and content optimisation
• Identify emerging digital trends, technologies and best practices to ensure Croda remains ahead of the market
• Act as the voice of the customer, using insight and analytics to continuously improve the online experience
• Provide strategic ownership of key digital platforms and technologies, ensuring they support customer and business needs

This is a hybrid role based at our Global HQ in Cowick, Snaith (East Yorkshire)
