As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are looking for a Research Scientist to join our organisation to Consumer Care R&T team to develop innovative formulations for cosmetic ingredients.
Reporting into the Research and Technology Manager of our R&T, you will design and optimize formulated cosmetic ingredients and evaluate their stability and performance.

Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Applied or Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing formulated cosmetic ingredients, from laboratory trials through stability evaluation.
Hands-on expertise in formulation techniques such as emulsification, solubilization or encapsulation, with the ability to identify and resolve stability issues.
Ability to design experiments, interpret data and communicate technical findings clearly.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and optimize formulated cosmetic ingredients using technologies such as emulsification, solubilization and encapsulation.
Plan and conduct formulation experiments, and evaluate product stability, particle characteristics and performance.
Identify the causes of formulation and stability issues and develop practical solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to support scale-up, product development and customer technical requests.

Additional Information
This position will base in Bundang‑gu, Seongnam‑si, Gyeonggi‑do.

Willingness to travel extensively across the country to meet with clients and attend industry events.
