About the job

We are looking for a Web Editor to join a Press Office team within a European institution. Service Delivery Model: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Writing and publishing content aimed at the press and to be published on web and social media;

• Drafting and editing other texts to be published in the intranet;

• Assist press officers in their daily tasks;

• Preparing visuals for publication on social media of the Press Office;

• Manage distribution lists and use of distribution tools to disseminate press content;

• Taking part in meetings related to the function.

Profile requirements

• Minimum 2 years post-secondary education in a field of activity related to the nature of the tasks, or equivalent background knowledge and experience;

• Minimum 6 months professional experience in a field of activity related to the nature of the tasks;
• Content management and web publishing skills

• Excellent drafting skills;

• Capability of working in an international environment;

• Excellent command of English, in writing and orally.
