Position Overview

• Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students, including assessment, treatment, and development of individualized therapy goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support students’ mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and required compliance records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Completion of a criminal record and background check
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged children preferred
