What You’ll DoAs a school-based Special Education Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction that supports students’ academic and developmental needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that helps students build skills and achieve their individual goals.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation related to instruction, goals, and student development.
Qualifications- Degree in Special Education or a related field
- State certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred
