We provide comprehensive training and coaching that equips staff with the necessary skills they need to succeed, including, but not limited to, First Aid and CPR, basic health and safety practices, emergency response procedures, individualized support strategies, documentation, communication, advocacy, and so much more!

Crosspoint Human Services offers a variety of shifts, with shift differentials available for eligible positions.
First Shift: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. with alternating weekends (8 a.m.- 8 p.m.)
First Shift: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. - Monday through Friday
Second Shift: 4 p.m-12 a.m.
Third Shift: 12 a.m.-8 a.m. with alternating weekends (8 p.m.-8 a.m.)
No DSP certification? No problem! Crosspoint Human Services offers comprehensive on the job training to become a DSP in 90 days.
