Quality Improvement and Special Projects Specialist

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a Quality Improvement and Special Projects Specialist to support the agency’s quality management, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate continuous quality improvement meetings, guide cross functional discussions in order to move projects forward, monitor regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines, and help foster a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting accreditation readiness by monitoring compliance and maintaining required documentation.
• Partnering with teams across the organization to coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Coordinating quality audits, chart reviews, and program evaluations.
• Providing guidance and technical assistance to staff on quality improvement practices and tools.
• Lead the continuous quality improvement Safety Committee meetings, maintain required documentation, and track follow-up action.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent life and/or professional experience.
• Experience with accreditation standards (COA, CARF, Joint Commission).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
