1. May require a bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
2. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
3. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
4. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
5. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
