We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department at Crown Acura. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
- Manage daily Service Department operations, workflow, and staffing
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and on time
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor department financial performance, expenses, and key performance indicators
- Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring recommended services provide value to customers
- Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize delays
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or similar automotive leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair operations
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s licence
- Automotive technical training or certification is considered an asset
