Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support team member welfare and wellbeing activities.
- Act as a point of contact for team members regarding welfare-related concerns and provide appropriate support or guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and identify welfare concerns that may require P&C attention.
- Organize and coordinate staff engagement activities, celebrations, events, and recreational programs.
- Support staff accommodation, facilities, transportation, meals, and other welfare-related matters in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular welfare checks and staff area inspections and report issues to the P&C Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, concerns, and actions taken.
- Support new team members by helping them understand available welfare facilities, activities, and support services.
- Coordinate with the staff clinic/hospital and external service providers when required for welfare initiatives.
- Assist in organizing health awareness programs, screenings, sports activities, and wellbeing campaigns.
- Collect team member feedback and communicate relevant concerns to the P&C Manager.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Assist with staff surveys and follow up on agreed welfare actions.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling team member concerns and personal information.
- Perform other P&C and welfare-related duties assigned by management.
