Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Documentation: Document business processes, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Governance: Ensure that processes comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
