Lead and oversee sourcing operations for the CVCE business at the location level.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Manage and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and partners.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
Maintain high standards of quality in sourcing activities.
Promote and ensure cross-selling of liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP).
Oversee collection management to optimize receivables and reduce delinquencies
