- The Executive - Liability Operations is responsible for processing individual and non-individual account opening and servicing requests, ensuring compliance with KYC/CKYC requirements, data accuracy, and adherence to operational controls.
- The role supports account onboarding and servicing activities with a focus on accuracy, process efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT) adherence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding and maintenance of individual customer accounts.
- Accurate data entry of non-individual accounts into the Core Banking System.
- Error-free processing of account opening forms and customer service requests in line with regulatory and internal process guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/CKYC norms and enrichment of customer data.
- Adherence to turnaround time (TAT) requirements while continuously identifying areas for process improvement.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure all deliverables are tracked and completed within stipulated timelines.
- Handle large volumes of data with precision to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in data clean-up exercises to improve quality and reliability of customer records.
- Monitor and track deliverables to ensure smooth functioning of liability operations.
- Contribute to efficiency improvements and error reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 - 5 Years in related functions
Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
