Process simplification and Adherence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning and driving the end to end Senior stakeholder engagement at EXCO level and down to generate buy-in that will enable Process Simplification & Optimization opportunities.
- Works in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience, efficiency and risk reduction3.
- Identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Conducts continuous review of industry benchmarks and competition best practices during process assessments.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved processes by continuous engagement with L&OD team , also organize training modules to launch the processes.
- Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Conduct thematic checks to analyze the gaps in process adherence.
- Creating reports detailing results of process improvement initiative.
Qualifications
Experience: 12 to 16 years
Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
MBA / Any Professional Qualification Preferable
