Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail asset product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design, launch, and manage lending products across multiple customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define pricing strategies, fees and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor portfolio growth, profitability and asset quality.
- Analyze disbursement trends, yield, NIM, delinquency and collection performance.
- Implement portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer base.
- Drive digitization of lending journeys.
- Enhance customer experience through automation and straight-through processing.
- Collaborate with technology teams for product enhancements.
- Implement AI/ML, analytics and digital lending solutions where applicable.
