We're looking for an Account Delivery Lead to join our UK&I Insurance Software team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, delivering great outcomes, and developing their leadership career within a global technology and consulting business.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Delivery Lead, you'll work closely with some of DXC's key insurance customers, helping them get the most value from our solutions and supporting them on their digital transformation journeys.

You'll:

• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of insurance software services and programmes.
• Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to governance, risk management, and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, Delivery, and Pre-Sales to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to bring additional value and innovation to customers.
• Support commercial discussions, forecasting, and account planning activities.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and service reviews.
• Champion collaboration, inclusion, and knowledge sharing across teams.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and building relationships.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Programme Delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, financial services, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Experience working with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

We'd Also Love to Hear From You If You Have

• Experience with insurance software platforms or technology solutions.
• Exposure to the London Market or wider insurance sector.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or ITIL.
• Experience supporting transformational change or cloud-based technology initiatives.
