Catalyst Recruiting Intern

Build the relationship and communication skills that drive business growth.

CSpring is seeking summer 2027 interns for our Catalyst program. You’ll gain hands-on recruiting experience at an Indianapolis technology consulting and data analytics firm, with coaching from leaders who work across recruiting, sales, and marketing.

This internship is focused on recruiting. You’ll learn how to find talent, start meaningful conversations, understand what candidates are looking for, and help connect people with the right opportunities. It’s practical experience for someone interested in a future career in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify prospective candidates for technology and consulting roles
• Write thoughtful outreach that gives people a reason to respond
• Build relationships with candidates through conversations and follow-up
• Conduct initial screens to learn about candidates’ experience, interests, and goals
• Keep accurate notes and manage candidate activity in recruiting systems
• Share what you’re learning about the talent market with the team
• Work with recruiters and CSpring leaders to improve the candidate experience

What You’ll Gain
