    • Communicate with customers and CTOS teams to minimize downtime
    • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
    • Participate in ongoing CTOS and manufacturer training
    • Travel within and occasionally beyond your assigned territory

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • You enjoy working independently and solving problems in real time
    • You’re experienced with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
    • You’re comfortable interacting with customers and working in the field
    • You want a role where every day is different

    Preferred Skills

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 5+ years of related experience (field or shop tech)
    • Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B preferred)
    • Must provide your own mechanic tools
    • Proficiency using documentation software and managing time effectively

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive pay based on experience + overtime opportunities

    • Short‑term & long‑term disability
    • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
    • Uniforms, safety boot & glasses allowance
